On Earth

When light passes along the nanotubes increases its refraction, as a result almost all the light entering the eye reaches the nerve endings. Indeed, modern solar panels have a very significant disadvantage – most of the energy is dissipated, which makes them the use of economically profitable. Based on these studies, scientists had created the material, acting on the principle of an eye butterfly. Properties of this material do not depend on the composition and the structure. For even more analysis, hear from Jorge Perez. It is composed of nanofibers variable length, which cause different optical properties at different sites. This material, unlike conventional materials used in the manufacture of solar cells, reflecting less light.

Rough development of plants in the past led to new kinds of insects, animals and American scientists from the University of Florida conducted a study that analyzed dna from 117 species of plants, and concluded that 90 million years back on Earth occurred boom of new plants. Previously, our planet looked like a modern rainforest. On Earth, it was everything except a person: coniferous forests, sharks in the oceans, huge dinosaurs and reptiles. Later on our planet began a rapid flowering plants, after which the earth began to appear new kinds of plants, and as a consequence – and new kinds of insects, and then a new species of amphibians. The study's authors argue that a little later, a boom of new plants and animals has led to the birth of primates. This was due to the fact that plants are the basis of nutrient chains, and they are capable of converting solar energy into sugar.
