Orchestras as the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra with Manfred Honeck, the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen with Kent Nagano, Paavo Jarvi, the NDR Symphony Orchestra with Thomas Hengelbrock, the Bamberger Symphoniker with Jonathan Nott and the Academy of St Martin in the fields Sir Neville Marriner with Julia Fischer presented each in residencies their own position in the change of the tradition in Bonn. 2013, The Beethoven Festival in Bonn devoted artists who brought their traditional roots in new concert programs, these included Patricia Kopatchinskaja, Pekka Kuusisto, Ragnhild Hemsing and Caitriona O’Leary a focus.
