Recruitment Interview

An encounter with practical approach aimed to transform the interview into a strategic tool for the selection of professionals. A space aimed at those who are responsible for deciding additions in their teams. Usually the arbitrariness of language and the environment in which we operate, leads us to give the words a meaning and a deadweight. This whim of the language, conditions us to be able to see beyond or to discover a new dimension of what we take for granted or by known. There are words that in themselves entail action, therefore, it would seem that we are doomed to always perform such activity in the same way and this is where we want to perform an intervention that allows us to do what we always, mode such that it is possible to obtain a different result. We do an exercise.

What is the first thing that we imagine when we pronounced the word interview probably two people’s front, questions and answers. Our goal is to build together with the reader a different representation for the interview word which enables us to incorporate new tactics and give an objective clear our actions when we tackle the complex and pleasant task of the personnel selection. Thus, we have arranged a brief syllabus to view behind the scenes of the interview and transform it into a strategic tool to discover talent. From the beginning we would like to make it clear, that the frame of reference from which we are opening to this field is our experience in day to day. That is why, we have decided to go this way together with you since to a greater or lesser extent, all we are crossed by similar when interview difficulty. We then privilegiemos practice, which is ultimately what allows anchoring to the theoretical knowledge. Everytime is deploying a theme would be convenient to think in scenes that represent what was said, to give a practical status to these propositions.
